General Questions

Yes, 100%. All products on Trayo are sourced directly from the brands and authorized distributors to guarantee authenticity to our customers.

Shipping & Delivery

Our total delivery time is typically 0–3 business days. This includes 0–1 day handling time and 2–3 days for transit across all Emirates.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above 150 AED. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of 10 AED applies.

Currently, we only deliver within the United Arab Emirates.

Returns & Refunds

At Trayo, we offer a 14-day return policy. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact.

No, we do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
